The 5th and 6th Class were back in the National Rowing Centre in Farran this morning, being put through their paces by legendary coach, Ellen O’Mahony!
They did some basic drills and then began training for the annual rowing blitz, to be held at the end of March.
Great fun and fantastic to see the children keeping fit as well as really enjoying themselves!
